1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bh555", "we", "us", "our" refers to bh555.io and the entity operating the bh555 platform.
• "Platform" means the bh555 website at bh555.io, including all games, betting markets, account management functions, cashier, promotional features, and customer support services accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses an account on the bh555 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on bh555 or to use any real-money feature of the Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Age Verification. bh555 requires age verification as part of the KYC process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) confirming your date of birth before any withdrawal is processed. bh555 may request age verification documents at any point during your use of the Platform.

3.3 Underage Accounts. If bh555 determines at any time that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. Any winnings or bonus credits accumulated in the account will be forfeited in full.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using bh555 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. bh555 targets the Bangladesh market. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law use the Platform at their own risk and acknowledge that bh555 bears no liability for their legal status.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on bh555. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. bh555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, wagers, or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. bh555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bh555 immediately via the live chat support channel.

4.4 KYC Verification. bh555 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bh555 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4.5 Account Currency. All bh555 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bh555 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bh555 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as selected Bangladeshi bank transfer options. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to the Player's own financial institution limits. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bh555 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests require a fully KYC-verified Account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. bh555 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–4 hours for verified accounts, although processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

bh555 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. A Player must have wagered at least the full deposit amount once before a withdrawal of deposited funds can be processed. Withdrawals are only available from the Real Money Balance; Bonus Balances are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

5.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

bh555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bh555 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before reconsidering the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards and other promotional offers made available on bh555 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall apply to the extent of that conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balances and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirement, bh555 reserves the right to remove the outstanding Bonus Balance before processing the withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry date from the point of credit. Any unused Bonus Balance or unfulfilled wagering requirement remaining at the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Players must not attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic approach designed to extract bonus value without genuine game participation. bh555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected, and to close the Account of any Player who engages in such conduct.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically activate a second bonus unless the Player explicitly opts in.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. 7.5 Palpable Errors. bh555 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on terms that were the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or mispriced market. Affected Players will be notified and wager amounts returned to their Real Money Balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on bh555.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games without genuine human participation.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay (bonus abuse).
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals following a deposit to bh555.
• Attempting to access bh555 systems, databases, or administrative functions without authorisation.

9 Responsible Gaming

12.4 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, bet settlement, or Account transaction, Players should contact bh555 support in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. bh555 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. bh555's decision on any dispute shall be final, subject to any applicable legal rights the Player may have.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your bh555 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by bh555. bh555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where: the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; the Player's Account shows evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; regulatory or legal requirements necessitate Account closure; or bh555 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure by either party, all licences granted to the Player under these Terms will immediately terminate. Any Bonus Balance in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. The Player's obligations under Sections 8, 10, and 12 of these Terms shall survive termination.

14 Amendments

14.1 bh555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect Players' rights, obligations, or financial arrangements — bh555 will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address or via a notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

14.2 If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1 before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bh555 Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
